Residential Concrete Work in Russellville, AR

July 9, 2025

Experts doing residential concrete work know how to spot problems early. Whether it’s a worn-out sidewalk or a shifting foundation, they approach each issue with precision, fix what’s there, or build it right the first time. This includes pouring new driveways and patios, setting foundations, and smoothing concrete pads that will last for years.

Still, many homeowners go the DIY route, mostly to save money or speed up small projects. It makes sense—until the concrete dries unevenly or, worse, cracks in 6 months. Professionals bring more than tools—they bring knowledge of soil movement, load-bearing specs, and local building codes. And that means peace of mind you won’t get from a how-to video.

For residential concrete work in Russellville, AR, look for a company that’s licensed, knows the area, and is upfront about timelines and materials. They should walk you through the process, talk scope clearly, and return your calls. That’s not just good manners – it’s good service.

Some seasons make things tough in Russellville. Summers dry out the ground too fast, and concrete cures too soon. Winters bring ground shifts that wreak havoc on patios and driveways. Reliable experts know how to work around these changes, timing pours and mixes to match the conditions so your concrete sets right and lasts longer.

At Holdeman Concrete, Inc., we take pride in transforming your vision into concrete realities. As a team dedicated to serving Russellville and the surrounding communities, we specialize in residential concrete work that stands the test of time.

About - Russellville, AR

Russellville is the county seat and largest city of Pope County, and it’s located at the crossroads of Arkansas’s most diverse topography, where the Ozark highlands meet the river valley bottomlands.

The city’s origin story begins in 1834 when P.C. Holledger built the first house in what was then called Chactas Prairie. The next year, Dr. Thomas Russell, a physician from Illinois, bought Holledger’s log cabin.

When the residents were deciding on a name for their town, they were choosing between Shinnville after Jacob Shinn, who opened the first store, and Russellville after Dr. Russell. They voted for Russell, and the town was named. Russellville was officially incorporated on June 7, 1870.

Stoby’s Restaurant serves up classic American breakfast and comfort food, and Old South Restaurant (est. 1947) serves authentic Southern food in a National Historic Registry building.
